PRICING AND PAYMENT
Any available bulk pricing will be included in your quote. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, payment requirements, and the quote’s validity period will be explained before you commit.
Purchase orders, payment terms, and special billing arrangements are subject to confirmation. Please do not assume an order has been accepted until we confirm it in writing.
If your organization claims a tax exemption, let us know when requesting your quote. We may need valid documentation before an exemption can be applied.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Large quantities, signed books, personalized items, and print-on-demand products may require additional preparation time.
Tell us about event dates and other deadlines before ordering. We’ll confirm the available production and delivery estimates. An inquiry alone does not guarantee arrival by a requested date.
Some orders may arrive in separate shipments from different fulfillment partners.
EBOOKS, AUDIOBOOKS, AND DIGITAL RESOURCES
Please contact us before purchasing digital products for multiple readers, classrooms, branches, or facilities.
An individual digital purchase does not automatically include institution-wide access, multiple-user distribution, public streaming, or permission to copy and share files. We’ll confirm any available license and its permitted uses before purchase.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Our published Return and Refund Policy applies unless separate terms are expressly agreed in writing for your institutional order.
Personalized products and custom arrangements may have different cancellation conditions, which will be explained before the order is accepted. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
